Two portraits of a Dutch couple boasting an extremely fine execution, attributed to Jan Cornelisz. Verspronck; Certificate by Prof. Dr. Werner Sumowski, Stuttgart, dated April 25, 2004

Markings:

On both stretchers with labels by the art dealer P. de Boer, Amsterdam with attribution to Nicolaes Maes, Back with an inventory number ‘No. 148 ‘(male portrait) or ‘No. 149’ (female portrait)
