Guang Tingbo

Guang Tingbo (1938-) Born in Da Lian, Guang Tingbo is Manchu and also named Wu Libu. He enrolled Lu Xun Fine Art Academy and studied oil painting, 1958; He participated in Bo Hai Fishing Season Exhibition and issued by Liao Ning Daily, 1959; He graduated by excellent achievement and became a professional painter of Liao Ning Artists Association in 1964; His copy painting titled I Wrangle Horse for My Motherland was collected in Chinese Consulate in France in 1974; At the same year, County Secretary, awarded the highest praise in National Paiting Exhibition; Sleeping, awarded the Second Prize at National Painting Exhibition. In 1979 he joined in Chinese Art Association. In 1981 Steel Water.Sweat was well-known in international art fields, which made Guang Tingbo become one of Chinese Super Realistic Artists. In 1982 he acted as a director of Invention Department for Niao Ling Painting Academy, arranged and participated in the First Scenery Painting Exhibition of Three Provinces of East of China. In 1983 his two works titled War Ages and Blue Gulf were selected into Russian Art Exhibitons, and so on. In 1989 he became vice chairman of Niao Ling Fine Art Artists Association and the first person for the first National class Painter in Niao Ling. In 1990 Guang Tingbo Works Collection was published in Japan.In 1999 his oil painting Bride was awarded the copper prize at painting competition of Asia, Tao Sha was selected into the 20th Marthty International Sea Art Exhibition. In 2000 Guang Tingbo Sea Scenery Paintings was published. Mr. Guang Tingbo is a member of Chinese Fine Art Artist Association,the First National Class Painter, a member of Amerian Oil Painting Artist Association and Chairman of Niao Ling Oil Painting Research Association, who was vice chairman of Niao Ling Fine Art Association and subdecanal of Niao Ling Painting Academy.
