gilt wood and gesso frame (frame is as is condition); as viewed under UV light in the unopened frame: appears to blacklight fairly clean; a few minor paint nicks; impression of the stretcher bars is starting to show through the canvas; should be restretched; long surface scratch in mountain in the UL; not lined or patched; original stretchers; period frame with damage particularly in the corners
