Condition:

The canvas has not been lined. There is some surface dirt and a pattern of craquelure. There is a very tiny indent with an associated speck of paint loss to the figure's cheek, visible lower left otherwise the work appears in good condition, ready to hang. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals an uneven layer of varnish and no apparent restoration. The lot is sold in the condition it is in at the time of sale.
