Canvas appears to be lifting away from board along edges, most notably top and bottom edges as well as right corners that have associated creases, abrasions, and a few flakes of loss; dents and ridges along right edge, most likely due to mounting technique; under UV exam, there appears to be a discolored varnish layer making restoration difficult to discern, however, there appears to be a few touches of inpaint in upper right corner
