Condition:

This work is in good condition overall. The media layer is stable and the colors are vibrant. The panels are lightly soiled overall. Brown pinpoint dot accretions are present throughout, primarily in the upper left, upper center and upper right quadrants. There are isolated areas of minor foxing throughout primarily in the white buildings. A ½ inch tear is present in lower right quadrant on a column. Under UV: 2 pinpoint dots fluoresce in upper left quadrant in the blue background and a few isolated areas in the white buildings in the lower center, lower right and lower left quadrants fluoresce, likely inherent to the media used by the artist.
