the orange border inscribed in Russian 'Victory [of] the Workers / 25 October', within gilt rims, marked under base with masked Imperial Porcelain Factory mark and blue overglaze hammer, sickle and cog, and the date '1921', also impressed with numeral '9'
Condition:
framed by a decorative wreath of varicolour flowers, within gilt rims, sickle and cog

Acquired by the family of the present owner prior to the 1930s.
