Condition:

The left, right and lower sheet edges trimmed presumably consistent with it being a proof, the sheet very slightly toned, pale mat-staining, a small tear at the upper left and upper right sheet edge (both measures approx. 3/8 inch, backed by the hinges and not distracting), occasional surface soiling on the reverse, hinge remains at the reverse of the upper sheet edges. In our opinion this work is in good condition. Unframed and contained in a mat.
