Condition:

mounted in a glazed black wooden frame, early signs of foxing within the margin of the collage some edges of the paper collage are not stuck down under inspection with uv lamp there is evidence of corresponding retouching on the paint surface in the areas where the patches have been applied on the reverse the reverse is rather stained in places there is a triangular shaped jagged tear upper left above the roof line 5x3cm max in area the paint surfacve is beginning to shopw signs of prionouned craquelure in the imapstop areas, the trees and walls of the buildings there are pronbounced ar marks
