One (of the young woman) inscribed H M Da Lee on the verso; on the back of each is a label inscribed Miniature from the Beuregard [sic] Family, a descendant of the Da Lee and Minten families of New Orleans. (1810)
Condition:
Craquelure and paint lifting on miniature of the man. Toning, some stains, laid down to card. The card seems t be glued across the upper edge to the mat. Miniature of Woman is taped at opposing corners to mat. Possible foxing
